6 hour window - you're kidding me, right? Absolutely no respect for the customer's time. I submitted a similar complaint while waiting until the last 30 minutes of my 6 hour drop off window - and now I'm in the last hour of my 6 hour pick up window. In this day and age and there is absolutely no reason a person can't communicate with a driver on an estimated time of delivery.
