The University of Phoenix has a terrible graduation rate and appears interested in fleecing students more than education. They are particularly bad for deployed service members as they do not give adequate assistance to students in war zones with internet problems. Withdrawing can be a terrible experience and most discover they are charged for the full amount of the course despite experiencing deployment related internet access issues.
