i brought an emachine el1331g-01w the first week of december it stop working almost 3 weeks later. It would not power up. I have been giving numbers to call customer service but they did not work. I finally got a number that would work. I was informed that after using this computer for less than 3 weeks I have to pay to ship this unit out to them and I will not be reimbursed for the shipping. I was informed of that after I had talked to 2 different people. I will never buy another emachine. read full review »
