I tried to contact payless car rental cusomer service they failed to respond i rented a car form payless the tires were bad when i tried to return they said they didnt have a car for 2 days there was a bad odor in the trunk of car i had to go to 2 different locations to get another car and they refuse to discount my final bill and then they said i returned to the wrong location but my contract said i sould return it to the airport location why they dont have a line for complaints i dont know but hey dont communicate. read full review »
