I took my Jeep in for basic routine maintenance (oil change/alignment/rotate & balance). When they went to bring me my vehicle back, the guy called me outside and said it wouldn't go into park. That was Saturday. They closed and kept the Jeep. They claim it would have happened to me if I had been driving it. Some spring broke in the button that you push to put it in gear.
