This is regarding my experience with lack of professionalism, customer service and the possibility for a contaminated sample. Upon walking in, there was no one in the waiting room in front of me. I signed in, then shortly after in popped about 6 people back to back within a few minutes also signing in. I waited for approximately 10 minutes while all other customers were being taken care of at the window.
