I ordered a sleeper sofa in Oct2009, it was delivered in Nov2009, so good marks for fast delivery even though it was a special order for the fabric. BUT, there was a stain on one of the cushions and a plastic part broken on the side of the sleeper bed frame. A service tech came out the following week and worked on the stain but could not get it all out and said he would order a new cover as well as a replacement for the broken part.
