I have never ordered anything from you on my phone. I have had the same ring tone for over a year I could care less about them. I have been charged $20 for services I never asked for. I would like to know how you even got my phone number. It was not a mistake no one else ever uses my phone. When I called the 866 # that T-Mobile gave me for you when I punched in both of my phone numbers it said there was no account for those numbers.
