I received an e-mail several months ago that said something to the effect of "Thank you for your order of our telecommunications service..." I deleted it thinking it was just a scam to get more information, credit card number, etc. Two months later, there is a $20.71 charge on our local phone bill for this! We did not order the service. We plan on calling our phone company to see that they remove the charge...hopefully this will work! read full review »
