After receiving a certificate for a 3-day vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that offered the trip FREE, I was urged to upgrade to a resort hotel on the water (Monarch Cabo Azul). The representative even urged me to go online and check out this 5 star resort. I paid for the upgrade 3 months in advance of the trip.
