I wanted to warn potential buyers of Pulte Homes at Riverpoint in Manchester, New Jersey. Do not buy these homes!!! They are surrounded by sites with contaminated soil, for instance- Lakehurst Naval base is a SUPERFUND SITE!! Right across the street. Once the word gets out, the property value will drop. The site is also surrounded by industry such as Reade Manufacturing, this company works with Magnesium and had several explosions, one killed a worker. I will post more info as I come across it but start telling everyone you know about this site...IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED!! read full review »
