Purchased a lap top computer on Dec. for the kids and my son accidently dropped it and then fell on top of it breaking the screen. I purchased the extra warranty but the broken screen was not covered because it was physical damage and we had to pay $359.00 to repair the screen because we were reestablishingour credit. We took it in on the 28th of Jan. and gave the o.k. for the repairs on the 10th of Feb. We waited for them to call us saying that it was ready.
