I have had a bus canceled due to the snowstorm, and have been trying to get a refund for 2 and a half weeks. According to the customer service's direction, I was to call Laurie Shampine (x1331) to get a refund, but constantly and did not answer to the numerous voicemails I left her. When I finally got a hold of somebody after a week, they told me the only person who can refund me in the ENTIRE company is Laurie, and I should forward my e-receipt through e-mail to her, which I did on March 9.
