I was trying to download the Norton anti-viris program on my computer and it didn't load. Also, the comment on the screen said it didn't load. I was still charged the $59.99 on my debit card. I would appreciate a refund put back on my card. I would like to have an e-mail or phone call litting me know when I can expect the refund.
