Centerpoint energy could quite possibly have the worst customer service call center I have ever talked to. I attempted to pay my gas bill online but couldn't get my password correct and after answering the security questions and resetting my password I found out I was locked out. So I call to make a payment over the phone and get cut off before I get a confirmation number.
