In February 2010 I bought a black 2008 E350 with 25, 000 miles, it was the color I wanted, it had low mileage and it also had satellite radio and a navigation system, I knew this to be true because I stated several times to my salesman Andrew that this is what I must have and he told me this black E350 was definitely equipped with both.
