I am less than impressed with Interval's responsiveness. I just inherited property and recently completed transfer of the deed. Now I am trying to get the Interval ownership rights transferred and can't seem to get any help. When I call, I keep getting bounced around and the voice prompts ask me for my membership number, which of course I don't have because I can't get anyone to help explain the process of transfer.
