I purchased a Toschiba 52" LCD from Conn's. They said they could even deliver it the same day. However, that was 60 days ago and the television has not worked for five weeks. It took their service dept. three weeks for their first trip and the service tech. was not sure what the problem might be. The lesson learned is to first check out the service dept. before purchasing and Conn's is not the answer. read full review »
