Did not deliver the bed I ordered and paid for, Only the headboard. Refuse to credit back the money for the missing bed until they find out where the bed is...even though in their system it is showing the bed was not delivered to me because the pounds on what was delivered is 36lbs when the bed is about 120LBS. Even with this information I keep getting the run around and no one can tell me when I will get my money back. This has been going on since February 26, 2010. read full review »
