I sent a check dated June 23, 2009; it was processed by InStyle July 7, 2009 (copy of cancelled check attached); I reported no subscription received September 16, 2009 and again on November 12, 2009. InStyle said they issued a refund, then they said I needed to wait 90 days, then they said they never received my payment and therefore never processed a refund. read full review »
