I have also been a victim of the fradulent charges. On 01-20-09 they charged my account $5.95 s/h and .16$ for a foreign transaction fee. Then again on 01-29-09 same charges. Now I have a charge of $88.62 pending for poweracaionl 866-950-6352. This is how it is labeled. When I attempted calling 2 times today, they repeated each time that their system was updating and were unable to access any accounts during this process.
