I'm Babs and in October of 2008 a disgruntled tenant (Jeff Ball) was squatting in a home for sale. When he refused to leave when asked by the seller's agent (not me) he was subsequently evicted. He then posted a slanderous complaint to this site and I understand it is among the top hits for my name.
