We've been trying to get our washer fixed for the past 3 weeks, but it seems like the part thats coming in is always in pieces. So the third time I asked what the hell was going on, so they directed me to the Maytag. Maytag told me it's not there fault and the person who I was speaking with was talking nonsense. I really regret getting our warranty with A & E, and honestly with all these complaints, Im suprised no one has sued them yet. read full review »
