We had a new garage door (with windows) installed several months ago. Installation we smooth and door works fine. We did notice that one of the inside window frames was scored and asked for a replacement. Two months into that request, we are getting the runaround. All appointments have been postponed for various reasons (warehouse not open, manufacturer has not sent the part, etc, ...) While my wife has handled all the interface, I got on the phone once to express my displeasure at the situation. All I got was a postponing of the next appointment!
