Their site would not allow me to request a refund within the period required. The only way I found to request a refund was by submitting a "help desk form". However, the form is never responded too nor do I believe it goes anywhere unless the refund period is over. At least that is what happend to me. The contact us on their website does not go anywhere or provide any contact information. It appears to be set up to guarantee that you cannot request a refund and that you will have no proof for your credit card company that you tried to request a refund in the available time.
