Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. My son confirmed that the furniture was not opened in front of him in the store. They are refusing to replace them as they say they were not damaged when they left the store.
