My Home Mortgage was just sold to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP this company has no direct website, No Customer service department. Everything is Automated by computer and when called the only real option is to either make a payment or schedule a payment. This is not the way to do business especially when dealing with someones Mortgage. This company need to be more available, People need to speak to people, not computer. I bet if don't pay my Mortgage someone will call then...I've never spent 45 minutes trying to just get a person on the phone with no success. read full review »
