I too have been scammed from VIV3 Labs in the UK regarding a free trial of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse and have been charged $116 each for products I didn't even order!!! I have contacted my bank and reported the transactions as unauthorised and fraudulent. I also found the following information posted way back in March 2009 about how to get a refund from this compay.
