I received a package of the acai berry pure 2 weeks after ordering. I immediately sent it back the same day, 3/16/10. Today (3/19/10) I am charged 169.95. I called for a refund and to cancel all future orders to be told that my trial period ended yesterday!??? That I can put in for a REQUEST of a refund, but all future orders have been canceled. The operator gave me an email address to send for the refund request, which of course is not coming up. I need help getting this refund and this company doesn't seem to be very cooperative. read full review »
