Prestige billed over 2000 (two thousand) for repairs they never made such as not replacing a bad control arm and other repairs over a period of time. When vehicle was taken to another local service, it was revealed the majority of most items for maint or repair were never done unless it was clearly noticible. Instead of replacing the control arm they replaced a bushing as a temporary fix but charged as if they may full repair. never changed out certain filters during routine maint as the original factory filters were still on the car.
