I thought that since Opera had it on that it should be ok--wrong! I was under alot of false pretences I found out like all the rest. My card had some idea of something that I ordered falsly but tagged the wroing one that I know. I'll find out about the other one soon.I find that you need to record phone coversations when you cancel something & let them know up front that you are doing this. plus be sure to try to confirm a #.
