i ordered a ! tiral and had to pay shipping, they started sending and charging for unoreder and unwanted products. I was billed 79.95 on my cred card, i was diag w/ cancer in dec so never used the trial, but never signed for any membership, i called they were rude and said the ones I sent back would mayber be credited in a few months, unacceptable. help, This looks like the way they do business, please give me guidaance on this, I kept copies of envelopes I sent back..
