Yesterday I called and the DIRECTV billing department service representative said that she noted in the file of my account that I had sent an email asking three questions about the cost of certain upgrades. That was correct. She said there were answers in my file, but there was no indication that an e-mail reply was forwarded to me at any time. I asked her to send the information in my file to my e-mail address so I would have a documented written answer to my 3 questions.
