I received eye glasses on 12/12/08. They charged me for bifocals, which was incorrect, therefore they remade my glasses for single vision, but they charged to my credit card the amount for bifocals. Therefore they were supposed to refund me $30.00. I kept calling store because they never refunded me, so about 3 weeks ago, the store said they did everything on there part, for me to call customer service at 800-584-4150 which I did and left message but no one ever called me back. read full review »
