Was trying to buy a home through Soundbuilt Homes in Lakeland. They told me i had to finance my loan through their preferred lender. I told them i wanted to use my bank, and they told me if i used their preferred lender then i could get all my closing costs paid. I told them i would like to get all my closing costs paid and use my bank who i do all my personal and business banking through.
