I recently lost my job and had made mycar payment but wanted to turn off the automatic payment feature. I called to let them know and told them that I planned on making my payment if I was able to secure a job. Since I was not and had not been behind, I was shocked that they were so rude. I spoke with my account manager and he told me that I had better make my next payment.
