To whom it may concern: I want to make a complaint about Readers Digest, for the constant letters/bills in the mail and the harassing phone calls on a daily basis. The letter states that there is a past due bill from account #00235651270 in the amount of $30.70 for a product or purchase of something that I did not receive or have knowledge of.
