Do not contract with A & E for a factory service plan as they do not deliver on the service. We had a service appointment scheduled for a washer repair. The technician phoned our home and spoke to our daughter who told them that I could not come to the phone (was on a business call having worked from home to wait for the technician). The technician incorrectly or conveniently interpreted the conversation as a reason to cancel our call.
