My whole ordeal started when I saw an ad by University Alliance about getting an AA degree in Business at Florida Tech. I inquired and they had me enrolled and processed at a dizzying and confusing pace. I was given a Student Representative that was very pushy and condescending. They shipped my books and I started my classes. A few days into one class I noticed they had not sent the necessary CD and book I needed to get into the class website.
