We've been customers of DIRECTV for 15 years but with their most recent price adjustment we decided it was time to change our service. The list of complaints: 1. We were not aware we were under contract for 2 years and had to pay a cancellation fee. Not one of the many customer service associates we spoke to mentioned this. We cancelled anyway. 2.
