Based on their advice I purchased a Blue Ox Braking system. I didn't immediately install it until 5 months later and found out it didn't work on my vehicle. Contacted adventure rv and Amanda got very excited when I wanted to return the item...then got defensive and agressive...then "transferred" me to Leonard's voicemail except it never went thru after a 10 minute wait...when I called back Amanda didn't answer the phone.
