What can I say…..I was fooled!!! You can read all of the other complaints and it sums up my experience. However, the customer service department is getting weaker, must be from all of the complaints. They must have HIGH turn-over. I believe the young lady I talked to today started to cry before she put her supervisor on the phone. Heck, he sounded like he was barely out of high school.
