They continue to lie to us on the phone about the real status of our consolidation loans. First they tried to double our daughter's loan due amount..then they finally fixed that. Then they continue to come up with no real excuse why they are not released and finished in consolidating after 4 phone calls from both my husband and myself each about our plus loan consolidation. They say it will be done at the end of the day...and then it is not which has caused problems, though they have been reasonable about it, with Wells Fargo. What a crock this is! read full review »
