In mid September 2009, I dropped off two pair of pants to have the zippers replaced. One pair fits me and I wear, the other are too big for me and I don’t wear them. Because I don’t wear the larger pair, it was a few weeks before I noticed that the zipper had not been replaced at all. When I had the time, I took them back and asked them to go ahead and replace the zipper which I had already paid for. Again, when I had the time, I went back to the cleaners to pick the pants up.
