I ordered on line for the first time 1/15/10 a jacket. I received the jacket but no bill came with it. I thought the bill would come about 2/5/10 but nothing came so I called in the middle of the month using the phone number 1 866 593 2543 telling that I had not received the bill. They checked the address and said they would send the bill in about two weeks for me not to worry that a late charge would not be added as it was their fault not mine.
