Please help!!! We bought a kenmore softner from Sears and it needs repairing now. We called Sears and they gave us the number of a service company in Midland, TX so we called Regan and he came by and looked at it. He said it was a salt bridge that had built up so it wasn't working, he said he was on another job and he would call us back on Monday. We waited and waited...it has been 3 weeks now and we have called him numerous times. We also called Sears here and they said " yea, we have been trying to get hold of him too".
