My Citimortage loan was transferred to Bay View Loan Servicing. At the time of the transfer I had a balance of $26, 000.00 in my escrow account from an insurance claim from a flood. Since the transfer I have not been able to get any money from them to complete my repairs. They do not return my calls, answer my emails or anything.
