To Whom It May Concern: On August 26th 2009, I applied for cable television which was installed on August 27th 2009. That same day at 6:30pm, service was interrupted. An appointment was made and confirmed for August 28th 2009 between 8:00-10:00am however the technician was a no show. Another appointment was scheduled for August 29th 2009 between 12:00-4:00pm.
