I ordered the hot wings, and my wife ordered the "new Knife and Fork Sirloin Steak Sandwich". My wings were bloody on the inside near the bone, so I told the waiter (who was outstanding). He said he would inform the manager. Manager comes and tells me that the red/pink part is just a "vein" and that they cook all their wings for the same amount of time. I had to tell him again they were not cooked completely. He then offered to cook them a couple of extra minutes longer for me. They came out acceptable the second time around... read full review »
