Be aware of Virgin Media!!! I am a Virgin Media customer since March 2008. I had problem only once with the service and after a few phone calls it had been sorted out. What it happened to us recently it is revolting. I gave notice to Virgin Media that we are moving house. The service was cut off on the 23rd February and being promised to have the service activated on 3rd March at the new address.
